Auckland Domain incident in Auckland City

A man has been admitted to Auckland Hospital, and Detectives are waiting to continue speaking with him.
A scene search has been conducted by unifomed officers and detectives in the Domain, in the vicinity of the Park Road entrance and the grandstand.
The man has a shaved head and was wearing a black tee shirt and white boardshorts. A group of young people on mountain bikes were seen talking to the man between 1 and 2 pm and police would like to hear from those young people - Auckland City CIB, tel 302-6400. '
