Missing 74 year old in Auckland City District, 7:00am 1 Dec 2008

Police are still searching for a missing 74 year old Asian female who went missing from her Greenlane Rest Home yesterday afternoon.
Police are encouraging all residents who reside in the surrounding areas to check their property, including porches, garages and sheds in case the elderly lady has sought shelter over night.
The missing woman is described as being a Mandarin only speaking Chinese woman. She is approximately 145cms (5 feet)in height, thin build, has black hair with a grey upright tuft on the right side of her head and a distinctive mark near her left eye.
She was wearing a lilac/purple long sleeve top with vertical black streaks, black trousers and shoes.
She has a black lanyard around her neck which carries an identification card bearing her name Xing Juan LI and telephone 09 523 1605.
Miss LI has a medical condition which is of a concern to Police.
