Arson at new Sydenham Police station

Over night Saturday/ Sunday the top level of the new police station under construction in Sydenham was accessed and a suspicious fire was discovered on Sunday morning by a workman.

There has been extensive damage which may delay the projected opening of the station as planned for early next year.
