Aggravated Robbery Wainuiomata TAB

Police were called to the Wainuiomata TAB situated in the Strand at 11.10 this morning.

A male presented a large knife and demanded money.

Some cash was handed over and he left the scene.

The male is described as Maori, 5' 6' tall wearing a grey hoodie and carrying a plastic bag.

He was last seen heading towards Wainuiomata Rd.

Any sightings of this person in the last couple of hours or reports of suspicious behaviour in the area to police please either Lower Hutt Police direct or on 381 2000.
