Suspicious fire in Canterbury District, 2:00pm 5 Dec

Police are interested in speaking to anyone who can assist in the investigation into the suspicious fire on the Southshore Spit at about 2pm on the 5th December 2008.

We would especially like to speak to the man who approached a fire officer at the scene with information about four children seen near the fires.
