Serious Crash in Waitemata District, 11:00am

Police report scene of a serious injury crash southbound at intersection of Parkhurst Road and State Highway 16.

Road diversions are in place. Alternative route for north bound traffic is turn off at Waimauku through to Taylors Road onto Old North Road through to Inland and onto Rautawhiri before returning on to State Highway 16.

Traffic for Southhead will have to wait patiently. Serious crash are investigating.
