Vehicle Crash in Southern District, 5:00am

Emergency services ( Police, Fire and Ambulance) are currently off at the scene of a 3 vehicle crash on SHW1 Woodlands Highway, Dacre Southland between Forbes Road and Woodlands Road.

It appears that 2 trucks and 1 car are involved.

One of the trucks is seriously damaged.

Police on the scene report that all drivers are out of the vehicles and there are some injures but they are not thought to be serious.

Motorists can expect delays.

SHW1 between Forbes Road and Woodlands Road is closed and diversions are being put in place.
