Missing child in Northland District, 7:55am 25 Dec 2008

Police have concerns for a young girl who has gone missing from her Raumanga home over night.
Tabitha MASON, a 9 year old caucasian female with the intellectual age of 6 years went missing from her Collingwood St address around 8p.m. last evening.
Inquiries with her family and searches conducted in the local area have failed to find her. Her family and Police now have growing concern for the safety and well being for Tabitha.
When last seen Tabitha was wearing a pink flared dress with a pink T Shirt and no shoes. Tabitha is described as having blonde hair and is about 120cm in height.
Police are appealing to the public in the Raumanga area who may have seen a young girl fitting Tabitha's description to contact Whangarei Police immediately on 9 430 4500.
