Located missing child in Northland District, 10:00am 25 Dec 2008

Tabitha Mason, the 9 year old missing Raumanga girl has been found safe in bush area by the Frank Holliman track off Kauika Road west, Woodhill.
A member of the public had located the missing girl at about 10.30a.m. this morning. She was cold and hungry when found. Medical staff will assess her condition after a night in the elements.
Police and Search and Rescue are grateful for the public response in Whangarei.
