Motor Vehicle Crash in Wellington District, 3:40pm

A crash occured on the Paekakariki Hill road, near the Pauatahanui Golf Course, between two motorcyclists and a car.

One motorcylist is in a serious condition about to undergo surgery at Wellington Hospital and to be transferred to Burwood Spinal Unit.

The second motorcyclist has minor injuries and the driver of the car is uninjured.

The motorcylists were travelling South on Paekakriki Hill Road and the car was travelling North.

It is unclear as to what has occured and there are ongoing investigations.
