Vehicle crash in Waitemata District, 4:35am

At approximately 4.35 am this morning a vehicle has collided with a pedistrian in Rathgar Road, Henderson.

The pedistrian is in a serious condition.

The vehicle and driver have been located.

The Serious Crash Unit are investigating.

They ask for any witnesses to the collision or to the driving of the vehicle, which is a blue Honda Civic Shuttle, to contact them with information.

Presently Rathgar Road is closed between Larnoch and Pomaria Road until further notice.
