Police seek vehicle and driver in Wellington

Police are seeking help from the public to locate the following vehicle.
A 2005 black BA Ford Falcon.
This is is a XR6 model displaying the registration number of CSA631. The vehicle has a rear spoiler fitted.
This vehicle is driven by a 50 year old European male who is thin in build and is about 191 cm tall (6 ft 3 inches).
This vehicle was last seen in the Wellington/ Wairarapa area.
