Identification of male in Counties Manukau District, 3:30pm

Male found dead in Papakura has been identified.

At 7:55am this morning a bus driver discovered an elderly male deceased on the side of Porchester Road.

There are no suspicious circumstances, but the male did not have any identification on him.

Following a media release the family of the deceased contacted police. The matter is now in the hands of the coroner.
