Terrace Tunnel temporary closure due to reported gas leak

Emergency services are currently responding to reports of the smell of gas in the Terrace tunnel. Until the extent of the problem can be fully confirmed the tunnel has been blocked off at both ends while Fire Service staff investigate. Motorists should expect delays and are advised to exit or enter the motorway from different routes to avoid congestion
