AUCKLAND

Police are concerned for the wellbeing of a missing 78 year old male, missing from Auckland Hospital, Grafton.
At about 9a.m.on monday 16 February, Tony Fuimaono was being admitted into hospital when he has walked off.

Mr Fuimaono has not been seen since and due to his age and medical condition, the family and Police have concerns for his health.

Mr Fuimaono was wearing a chequered shirt and blue jeans when he left the hospital. He also has an Auckland Hospital admission wrist band.

He has no relatives in inner Auckland and no money for transport or food.

Police are appealing to the public for assistance in locating Mr Fuimaono. Any sightings or information regarding Tony can be forwarded to the Northern Communications Centre on 09 571 2800.
