Oamaru Police have concerns for 20yr old Sean Francis Lawson and are seeking any information as to his whereabouts
Last known to be in the Kakanui Beach area
Sean is a Male caucasian 180cm tall thin build with brown frizzy hair to cheek line.
Last wearing Black Beanie with Ivory jacks written on it.
Blue or black t-shirt with a picture of a hut and words simular to No cell phones New Zealand
