Fatal car v pedestrian in Auckland City District, 9:00pm 25 Feb 2009

Emergency services are in attendance at the scene of a fatal accident in carr rd, three kings. one person is dead after being struck by a car. The driver of the car was still present when emergency services arrived. the incident occurred at about 2030hrs this evening. Carr rd is closed between Hayr Rd and Hillsborough Rd and will remain closed for at least several hours.
