Fatal crash on Otara

At approximately 10.30pm Police attended a serious accident involving two vehicles on Springs Road in Otara.

Two persons were taken to Middlemore Hospital in critical condition.  Sadly a short time later one of the  persons taken to Middlemore, being a male in his early twenties has died as a result of injuries received. The Serious Crash unit has attended the scene and will be investigating the incident.
