Incident type: Man falls from Hunua Falls

At about 4:15 pm this afternoon a man fell off the Hunua Falls. Ambulance paramedics were unable to revive the man. The Westpac Rescue helicopter was initially called to transport him to the hospital. The circumstances surrounding the fall and the mans details are not known at this time.
