Police continue inquiries to locate William Stewart

Police are continuing inquiries to locate William Stewart. There have been some possible sightings of him in Mid Canterbury and the Selwyn District. Several thefts in these areas could be attributable to him. Inquiries into these sightings and offences are continuing.
Police continue to encourage members of the public to contact them about suspicious behaviour and sightings of the silver Toyota Hilux ETU351 or the red Toyata Hilux flat deck BYG187 that it is believed Stewart is still in possession of. If the vehicle or Stewart is in view please dial 111 immediately so that Police can respond.
Police believe Stewart is dangerous and should not be approached.
