Fatal Crash in Bay of Plenty District, 6:20pm 20 Apr 2009

Police are presently at the scene of a fatal crash on State Highway 29 , Lower Kaimai Ranges. This is near Kaimai School.
Emergency services are presently at the scene.
There is presently one lane blocked for the eastbound traffic to Tauranga. However motorists will still be able to travel on this road however must follow traffic management directions.
Motorists are asked to be patient and drive carefully and with caution as road conditions are still wet and difficult in the conditions.
