Serious motor-cycle accident in Northland District, 12:00pm

Police are presently at the scene of a serious motor-cycle accident approximately 3 kilometres south of Russell in the far north.

A motor-cyclist is the only injured party. Police are waiting to air lift the rider out to hospital.
