Fatal crash in West Coast

At about 4.08 pm police were advised of a fatal crash on SH 6 near Needle Point south of Charleston on the West Coast. Two cars are reported to have collided. Initial reports indicate there were five people involved in the crash. One person has died as a result of this collision whilst two others are reported injured.
Emergency services and Police from Westport are at the scene.
