Already 150 community surveys have been returned to the Stratford District Council. The positive response shows the community is interested in voicing their opinion on the services Council provides, says Community Services Manager Pauline James.

“Members of the public are always welcome to visit us, or to call and share their opinions on our services. We will always listen. However, a survey gives a detailed measure that can be compared to previous years, and lets us analyse how well we are doing in the eyes of the public,” Pauline says.
Questionnaires were delivered earlier this month with rates invoices, and also appeared in the newspaper. “The questionnaire can be returned when you pay your latest rates instalment,” Pauline says, “for which the final date is Wednesday 27 May at 4.30pm.”

“We look forward to hearing what you think.”
