Injury crash Truck v Pedestian in Counties Manukau District, 5:00am 21 May

At about 4.26 a.m., police were called to the scene of a serious injury crash on Russell Road, Manurewa.

A 21 year old female pedestrian has walked into the path of a fire engine that was responding to a house fire in the Manurewa area.

The pedestrian was taken to Middlemore Hospital where her condition is described as stable.

Serious Crash are in attendance.
