Marlborough Detectives along with Blenheim Officers have tonight executed search warrants at two addresses in Blenheim in relation to the attempted Robbery at the Main Street Fish n Chips Shop yesterday evening.
As a result a 15 year old Blenheim Male has been arrested and charged him with Assault with Intent to Rob
He is currently being held in custody to appear at the Blenheim Youth Court on Monday the 25th May 09.
Police have further located a BB gun pistol that is believed to have been used in this incident.
