Council Sports New Face

Dannevirke resident Natarsha Nikora has been appointed to the role of Sport Tararua co-ordinator starting this week.

Coming from a background of outdoor activities, physical fitness and education Natarsha says she looks forward to “getting out in the community, promoting goals of being active and building relationships.”
She is vacating the role as promotions officer of “Healthy Eating Healthy Action” for Rangitane o Tamaki Nui a Rua to take up her new appointment.

The mother of two - daughter Taina 8 and son Tama 5 – Natarsha is “Dannevirke born and bred” and a Dannevirke High School old girl.

Meanwhile she will work alongside her predecessor Pip Hubbard who leaves on June 5.
