Driving Conditions deteriorate Desert Road

Police advise that driving conditions on the Desert Road have deteriorated with fog at covering the road between Waiouru and Turangi.
Visibility has fallen to metres around the summit area and Police advise that motorists will need to reduce speed accordingly in that area.
