Elderly driver crashes through Bakers Delight in Pakuranga

At about 1226 pm today police attended an unfortunate vehicle incident where an elderly female aged 87years has hit the accelerator instead of the brake. As a result she has gone through the front of the Bakers Delight shop narrowly missing a young child, but hitting two females. A female customer has serious leg injuries. A female employee suffered a laceration to the head from flying glass. Enquiries are continuing.
