Single car crash in Bay of Plenty District, 10:00am

About 10.15 this morning a car went off the road after rolling on Whakamaru Road, between Tokoroa and Mangakino.

The road has been closed for a short time to land a helicopter to take the driver to hospital.

The occupants of the car were a woman driver and two young children.

Emergency Services are still at the scene at the time of writing
