Media release in Bay of Plenty District, 9:45pm

Detective Sergeant YARDLEY says that the Rotorua Police are investigating an incident in Clayton Road, Rotorua.

Detective Sergeant YARDLEY says that a 24 year old male sustained minor injuries to his arm after being shot in the arm with what was believed to be a shot gun near the Mobil Service Station.

Detective Sergeant YARDLEY asks that any members of the public who have information about the incident should contact the Rotorua Police.
