Domestic dispute in Papakura

Police have arrested a man after a domestic dispute escalated to the point where a firearm was produced and a number of shots were discharged into the house.

No person was shot but one person received minor injuries to the hand believed to be the result of shattering glass.

The incident occurred in Boundary Road Papakura at about 10.30p.m on saturday evening.

A man will appear in the Manukau District Court charged with firearms related matters.
