Boy hit by vehicle on Katikati Road North, Western Bay of Plenty

A teenage boy has been struck by a vehicle on Katikati Road North, in Athenree Gorge, in the Western Bay of Plenty.

The road has been closed whilst the matter is investigated, and road blocks will be in place at Athenree / State Highway 2, and at Beach Road ? State Highway 2.
