Motorcyclist dead after crashing on bend

A motor cyclist died when he failed to take a bend on Otiria Road, Moerewa.

The bike went off the road and went into a ditch.

The deceased suffered serious head injuries in the crash.

The Northland Serious Crash Unit attended at the scene to do the scene examination.
