Police looking for Parole breacher

Wellington Police want to locate Steven Blance who has a Warrant to Arrest for Breach of Parole Conditions.

Blance is a patched member of the Porirua Mongrel Mob with associates in both Wellington and Porirua.

Blance is a 39 year old Caucasian, has a distinctive bulldog tattoo on his right cheek and is 179cm tall.
