CENTRAL PLATEAU

Police ask that people be aware of a Snowfall Warning issued at 8:16pm Wednesday the 2nd Sept 2009 and valid until 9:00am Thursday the 3rd Sept 2009 by the Metservice.

The areas covered in Central Comms region are the Desert Rd, and the Rimutaka Hill Rd.

Please ask drivers to travel with extreme care in these areas for the next 24hours
