Fatal crash

At about 12.06pm on 5th September 2009 there has been a fatal crash involving a motor cyclist on State Highway 6 (Makarora-Lake Hawea Road), the neck, Queenstown Lakes District.
As a result of the crash the road is closed for police investigation.
It is anticipated the road will be reopened at about 1600hrs.
