Taxi and shuttle crash in city

 At 0340hrs this morning a shuttle bus and a taxi crashed in the intersection of Manchester and Worcester Streets in Christchurch.

The shuttle bus rolled onto itsside and the fire service were required to cut the roof off the shuttle to release some passengers.

There were a total of approx 12 passengers and some were taken to Christchurch hospital for treatment.

Their injuries are not beleived to be life threatening.
