Work place death investigated

Police are investigating the death of a man at a Rangiora Timber yard yesterday afternoon.
Joseph Michael MANGAN, aged 44 years, of Rangiora, died after an incident involving a fork lift, around 4pm on Wednesay 23 September. Police are investigating on behalf of the Coroner and the Labour Dept will conduct their own inquiry.
Mr Mangan was a truck driver for the company.
