Child hit by vehicle in Counties Manukau

7.05pm Police and emergency services are presently at the scene where a child has run out into the path on Bairds road in Otara, where a child has been hit by a vehicle. The child is status 2 and has been transferred to Hospital. Bairds road between Cobham is closed. All Public vehicles are advised to take Cobham crescent as a diversion. nil further information.
