telecom cell phone tower

telecom have permission to build 18 metre high tower 10 metres from nearest residents lounge window at 55 King St Invercargill.Much dismay and anger at this.Council allow it as a permitted land use in District Plan.A local business  entered into a commercial agreement with Telecom to make land available for this purpose.This action has apalled  nearby residents.Any info to  fight  proposal appreciated.
