cell phone tower @55king street invercargill

Sent a 675 signiture Petition to Paul Reynolds C.E.O. of Telecom  to try  and stop telecom building an 18 metre  high cell phone tower.Would be 10 metres or so from lounge window of nearest  resident.Petition has been ignored.The resident is 73 and  most upset. Apalling treatment from Telecom and a Christmas present  no one in the area wants.
