AOS call out in Hamilton

The Waikato Armed Offenders Squad was deployed during the early hours of Thursday the 17th of December 2009 at an address in Winstone Ave Hamilton.

Police had earlier taken a number of reports describing a fight involving a large group at a residential address, during which it is believed that an air gun was discharged numerous times.

One man complained of having been shot in the knee.

No arrests have been made at this stage.

Enquiries continue to identify those involved.
