Still no confirmed sightings of escaped prisoner

Police say there have not been any confirmed sightings of escaped prisoner Kevin POLWART since he broke out of Auckland Prison (Paremoremo) on Wednesday.

Police are still looking for him and have extended the search to include relatives, associates, sightings, and likely destinations.

He will be under considerable stress right now and Police appeal to him to hand himself in to a police station. Staff from the North Shore Police will go to wherever he is to manage his safe repatriation.
