White powder not dangerous

Tests on white powder sent to the Police Infringement Bureau in Wellington show it is not a dangerous substance.

A scene examination is being conducted at the Bureau's offices and the area is expected to be released shortly.

Wellington CIB will continue investigating the incident to identify the offender.
