Kiwibank robbery in Christchurch

At approximately 5.26 pm Tuesday 22 December 2009 Police were advised of the robbery of the Kiwibank Branch at the Edgeware Post Shop in Edgeware Road Christchurch where a small amount of cash was taken. No-one was hurt in the robbery.

The offender was described as a Caucasian male aged in his late 20's to early 30's. Enquiries are continuing.

Anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the Edgeware Road, Cranford Street area around this time is asked to contact the Christchurch Police.
