Maka Renata wanted by Police

On 23 December 2009, a Warrant to Arrest was issued in the Christchurch District Court for Maka Renata after he breached conditions of his release from prison.

Renata is known to have been in Manukau, Auckland on 24 December 2009, and an associate he is believed to have been with, was arrested in Picton on 30 December 2009.

Renata's current whereabouts are unknown although he has links to the Wellington area.

Detective Inspector Mike Arnerich, Wellington Police who has previously dealt with Renata said:

"Renata is certainly a person the public should actively watch out for and the sooner he is captured the safer the public would be. The potential for him offending again is extremely high."

Maka RENATA is a 24 year old male Maori, 166cm tall of medium build.
