Temporary closure of SH1 Ellerslie Panmure southbound offramp

The NZ Transport Agency has temporarily closed the SH1 Ellerslie-Panmure southbound offramp until mid-afternoon.

The purpose of the closure is to enable contractors to clear residual material from the interchange following yesterday’s factory fire in Ellerslie.

The NZTA is aiming to re-open the offramp later this afternoon. Motorists are advised in the meantime to use the Mt Wellington offramp.
