Witnesses sought in collision with taxi

Wellington Police are seeking witnesses to a collision between a female pedestrian and a taxi on Wednesday 10 February.

The incident occurred at around 11.50am as the female crossed Featherston Street. She and the taxi collided as the vehicle rounded the corner into Johnston Street.

Police have spoken with the taxi driver but are especially interested to speak with the taxi's passenger and two witnesses who stopped to speak with the injured female.
