Inquiry after baby's body found

Christchurch Police have begun an investigation after the body of a new born or very young baby was found today at an address in Hornbrook Street, Sydenham.

Detective Inspector Tom Fitzgerald says that an inquiry has begun into the age of the child and the circumstances surrounding the death.
